Airline Cancellation Policy

At Tour On, we strive to provide a seamless travel experience; however, airline cancellations are subject to the fare rules set by the respective airlines. Please read our detailed Airline Cancellation Policy below before proceeding with any changes or cancellations to your flight bookings.

About this Policy

Non-Refundable Flight Tickets

For flight tickets marked as “Non-Refundable”, no refunds will be issued in case of cancellation. If you choose to cancel your booking, you will not be eligible for any reimbursement, and the total amount paid will be forfeited.

Refundable Flight Tickets

For flight tickets marked as “Refundable”, the cancellation refund will be processed based on the specific terms outlined under the airline’s Cancellation Policy at the time of booking. Refund amounts may vary depending on the airline’s fare conditions, cancellation timelines, and applicable penalties. Travelers are advised to review these details on their ticket before proceeding with any cancellations.

International Exchange Rate Impact on Refunds

For international flight cancellations, the refund amount may fluctuate due to variations in foreign exchange rates. Refunds will be processed in the same currency as the booking, but the final credited amount may differ based on the exchange rate at the time of processing.

Airline Operational Changes

TourOn.in is not responsible for any grounded, canceled, delayed, or rescheduled flights by the airline. In case of such disruptions, passengers are required to directly contact the respective airline for alternative arrangements, compensation, or rescheduling options as per airline policies.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Requests

All flight cancellation or rescheduling requests must be placed directly with the respective airline. TourOn.in does not have control over airline refund processing timelines. The realization of refunds is solely subject to the airline’s internal refund process, and we advise customers to check directly with the airline for status updates.

Mandatory Web Check-in Policy

Certain domestic and international airlines have made web check-in mandatory before arriving at the airport. Failure to complete the web check-in process may result in additional charges at the airport, which must be borne by the traveler. TourOn.in is not liable for any extra fees incurred due to non-compliance with the airline’s web check-in policy and will not provide refunds in such cases.

Tour Cancellation Policy

At TourOn.in, we value our customers and strive to offer the best travel experiences. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to cancellations. Our Tour Cancellation Policy ensures transparency while considering commitments made to hotels, airlines, and service providers. Please review the detailed policy before proceeding with any cancellations.

Non-Refundable Hotel Bookings

For hotels marked as “Non-Refundable” on the booking vouchers, no refunds will be provided in case of cancellation. Any amount paid for such bookings will be forfeited, and no modifications or rescheduling will be permitted.

General Tour Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 30 days prior to the travel date will attract 75% cancellation charges as most reservations are prepaid. (The exact amount will depend on supplier policies and the time of cancellation)
  • Cancellations made within 0-30 days of departure will incur 100% cancellation charges, excluding airline cancellation fees.

Airline Cancellation Fees

If flights are included in the tour package, airline cancellation policies will apply separately. Flight cancellations are subject to the specific fare rules of the airline, and any applicable refund will be processed based on the airline’s regulations. Refer the Airline Section

Visa & Travel Insurance Cancellation

  • Visa fees, once issued, are 100% non-refundable, regardless of approval or rejection by the respective embassy.
  • The decision to grant or reject a visa is solely at the discretion of the concerned embassy, and Tour On will not be responsible for any visa rejections.
  • Travel insurance, once issued, is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation of Activities & Entry Tickets

  • Any pre-purchased activities, attractions, theme park tickets, or event entry tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
  • Once booked, these tickets are final and non-transferable, with no option for modification.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 25-40 days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be credited to the original payment method after deducting cancellation fees, transaction charges, and supplier penalties.

Tour Rescheduling & Modifications

  • Rescheduling requests made within 20 days of departure will be subject to additional charges based on updated hotel rates and flight fares at the time of modification.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability, and any fare difference will be borne by the traveler.
