Upon your arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, you’ll be warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel in Colombo (approx. 35 km / 1 hour). Watch the sunset over the Indian Ocean, enjoy street snacks, or simply relax by the sea breeze.

After breakfast, begin your journey towards the hill capital of Kandy (approx. 115 km / 3.5–4 hours). Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and take time to relax. In the evening, visit the peaceful Kandy Lake, located right in the heart of the city. A lakeside stroll during golden hour offers a serene experience surrounded by hills and colonial architecture.

Enjoy breakfast and proceed to visit the iconic Ambuluwawa Tower (approx. 25 km / 1–1.5 hours from Kandy). This unique multi-religious tower stands atop a hill and offers breathtaking 360° panoramic views. The spiral staircase is not for the faint-hearted but worth it for the views. Return to the hotel for lunch and some rest. In the evening, you have the option to visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic, one of Sri Lanka’s most revered Buddhist sites.

After breakfast, start your day by visiting the iconic Nine Arch Bridge, a masterpiece of colonial engineering surrounded by dense forest and tea fields. You may spot a train crossing for that perfect photo moment. Later, visit the beautiful Ravana Falls (approx. 6 km), cascading down from a cliff into natural pools — a great spot to enjoy nature and cool down.
