Arrive in Arusha, the gateway to Tanzania’s stunning safaris. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel for a relaxing overnight stay, allowing you to unwind after your journey. Explore the vibrant city at your own pace or simply rest in preparation for the adventures ahead. Enjoy a comfortable night’s stay before setting off on your safari experience.
Your safari begins with an 8:30 AM pick-up from your hotel in Arusha, followed by a scenic drive to Lake Manyara National Park. With a picnic lunch in hand, embark on a full-day game drive through lush Acacia and Mahogany forests, home to a variety of wildlife including buffaloes, giraffes, impalas, baboons, and blue monkeys. Keep an eye out for the famous tree-climbing lions—a rare sighting that depends on luck! If visiting during the right season, witness a breathtaking view of millions of flamingos painting the shoreline pink.
After an eventful day, return to your lodge/camp for a well-deserved dinner and rest.
After breakfast, journey through the highland farmlands of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, descending into the legendary Serengeti National Park. The vast open plains stretch endlessly, offering a true taste of wild Africa. Arriving in Seronera, one of the park’s richest wildlife zones, you’ll enjoy lunch before heading out for an afternoon game drive, spotting lions, elephants, cheetahs, and more along the Seronera River, a key water source for the region’s wildlife.
Today, you can choose between a full-day game drive starting at 9:00 AM with a packed lunch, or an early morning game drive at 6:00 AM, returning later for breakfast and rest before an afternoon safari. The Seronera region is renowned for its dense lion and leopard populations, making it one of the best spots for big cat sightings. If visiting outside the migration season, this area still offers spectacular game viewing with thriving lion prides. As the day winds down, enjoy dinner and a relaxing evening at your accommodation
Start your morning with a game drive in the Serengeti before heading to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with a picnic lunch. The highlight of the day is the Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera, home to around 30,000 animals including elephants, rhinos, lions, and zebras. Surrounded by extinct volcanoes, this UNESCO World Heritage Site offers a truly unique safari experience. Conclude the day with a hearty dinner and a restful night at your lodge.
After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a 5-hour game drive, where you may spot hippos, jackals, antelopes, and a variety of bird species, including eagles, vultures, and flamingos. Enjoy a picnic lunch by the Hippo Pool before beginning the steep ascent out of the crater. A two-hour drive takes you to your lodge in Karatu, where a freshly prepared dinner awaits. After several days of adventure, a restful evening is well deserved before the final leg of your safari.
The last day of your safari kicks off at 8:00 AM with breakfast, followed by a half-day game drive in Tarangire National Park. Known for its ancient baobab trees and massive elephant herds, Tarangire is also home to lions, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, and zebras. By mid-afternoon, begin your journey back to Arusha, arriving by 6:00 PM. Your safari ends with unforgettable memories, breathtaking landscapes, and incredible wildlife encounters.
