Day-by-Day Breakdown
Welcome to Nairobi! Upon arrival in Kenya’s vibrant capital, you’ll be greeted and transferred to your hotel for check-in. Nairobi to Masai Mara. This drive will take about 5 to 6.5 hours with a scenic stopover at Great Rift Valley. Arrive in Masai Mara shortly after noon and check into your lodge/camp, have hot lunch and then depart for an afternoon game drive.
After the game drive, we head back to lodge/camp to reach by around 5:30 or 6:00 PM, freshen up and enjoy a freshly prepared Dinner. Overnight at your lodge.
The last 1-hour drive to Masai Mara is on the corrugated and bumpy road and may not be comfortable for clients with back problems. Clients with back problems can consider flying directly to (and out of) Masai Mara. Overnight in Masai Mara.
⚠️ Note: The hotels mentioned are tentative and can be customized based on your specific travel dates, which may influence the overall budget. Official check-in time at the hotel is 14:00. Early check-in will incur an additional charge.
After breakfast, experience the beauty of Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives or choose a full-day game drive (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM) with a picnic lunch. Witness the rich wildlife, including the Big Five, and enjoy the stunning landscapes of the savannah. End the day with dinner and an overnight stay at your lodge.
🏨 Overnight: Mara Sopa Lodge or similar (Full Board)
Around 10:00 AM after a relaxed breakfast checkout and depart to Lake Nakuru National Park which is about 5 hours drive from Mara gate. Upon reaching Nakuru lodge check in, have dinner and relax for the day.

After breakfast, we proceed to Lake Nakuru national park with packed lunch and do game drives till around 2:00 PM and then proceed to Nairobi Airport where we will reach around 5:30 PM to Catch your Flight to Zanzibar

Overnight in Zanzibar Beach Resort
The traveler will visit the historic district, which serves as the capital of Zanzibar and is rich in history, showcasing a blend of British, Portuguese, Indian, Omani, and Swahili influences. This exclusive tour offers the opportunity to explore the oldest historical site in East Africa, as Stone Town was the first town established in the region.
Following the Stone Town tour, enjoy a scenic 30-minute boat ride with breathtaking views of the Stone Town skyline. Upon arriving at Prison Island, your guide will share the island's fascinating history and introduce you to the majestic giant tortoises.
Next, embark on another 30-minute boat ride into the heart of the Indian Ocean to reach the stunning Nakupenda Sandbank, whose name means "I love you" in Swahili. Here, you’ll be mesmerized by the crystal-clear waters and have the chance to snorkel, immersing yourself in Zanzibar’s vibrant marine life. To complete the experience, a delicious seafood platter lunch will be served, accompanied by fresh tropical fruits and soft drinks.
Overnight in Zanzibar Beach Resort
On your final day in Zanzibar, enjoy a leisurely morning soaking in the island’s beauty before your departure. Depending on your flight schedule, take a last stroll through Stone Town, shop for souvenirs, or relax by the beach. A transfer will be arranged to the airport, bidding farewell to Zanzibar with unforgettable memories of your 6-day adventure.
